Dear Pascale,

Just a little note to tell you how much our guests were honored to share such an exquisite meal with us last night. They all agreed it was like eating in a 4 star restaurant. But for us, it was with the added pleasure of using our own produce (the truffles), having the reassurance of your professional help in the choice of wines, and especially the creation of such a beautiful table setting. All this in our own home!, without the stress of the shopping and preparing. It was wonderful!
